Once you’ve subscribed to Full Membership you should be able to see all your messages, winks and matches. If that’s not the case, try these fixes:
- Log out of your account and back in again (it sounds obvious, but it usually works)
- If you purchased your membership through the Apple App store, go to the App store and restore your purchase. (You can find out how to do that here)
- If all else fails, get in touch on email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted as soon as possible so you can start matching and chatting.
